Came packaged very secure, and the customer service was great. HOWEVER, I must say if you plan on using the filter and heater you can forget about using the lid as the gap simply is not big enough to fit the items through. This also means the light is unusable as it is connected to the lid. I ended up buying a separate light and not using the lid at all. But, if you would like to use the lid it’s possible but will look messy as the lid will not close. However, overall a good item. Came intact and is water tight. Great for the price.

The tank is a good size but the LED light stopped working after 5 weeks and the lid falls off easily - you have to readjust all the leads through the gap to be able to close the lid - but they move each time you open it to feed the fish - poor design - because the light is in the lid that opens there is a problem seeing what you are doing due to the light being right in your eyes and the tank in darkness. I would return but my fish are settled and I have no other option but to keep . Seller replaced the light with no issues so good service .
