I was very skeptical about how these would read through the glass when most others are put inside the water. However I was very very wrong, infact this is my 2nd purchase for my other tank! I use it in a tropical setup and cichlid tank. Both read perfectly and allow a quick visual. They also look cooler, and more modern. One thing I would have liked is a permenantly 'On' mode but its not ground breaking. Works well and accurate, well built, would reccomend.

It was super easy to install – just stick it on the outside of the tank, and it instantly gives a clear, bright LED display of the temperature, even at night. I love the wireless touch design and how accurately it monitors the water. The fact it's safe for the fish with no wires inside is a huge plus. Long battery life makes it even better. So far very happy with my new aquarium thermometer. It seems to be accurate. It is about the size of an Oreo biscuit so not distracting. The media could not be loaded. Started off fantastic, read temperature well, easy to read and install. Within 5 days it now doesn't work. I removed it to change batteries and it started working but when stuck back on it stops working. I can't understand how this is happening. Stuck on doesn't work, when removed it works....

I liked this little thermometer so much I bought another one for my other tank. It’s really durable, the display size and brightness are amazing, good value for the money, easy to clean, good functionality, & does well calculating the tank temp. I have other thermometers on the tank and this thermometer is consistent with those with in a degree or two. My only question is about when I have to replace the battery. I will update my review when I have to do that.

Nice thermometer for my betta tank. The sticky tape holds extremely well. Seems to be very accurate. To save some battery, it stays off until you touch it, then shows the temperature. Perfect size. I am very pleased with this product except for 2 issues. This seems extremely accurate and does what it says to do. The display is clear and is fast updating itself on the temperature of the aquarium. It is very responsive and you can’t beat the price of only 6$. The adhesive isn’t strong but it’s enough to keep it and Measure temperatures. This actually ended up to my advantage as I had to return my aquarium and I recycled this thermometer with great ease Second, the power button part of the thermometer seems to stick out a bit from the housing. But it seems to be holding together after a couple months. I’ll use it until it doesn’t work anymore and then I’ll go to the Paizoo brand as it is much better built and is only two dollars more.

Works well for my aquarium and gives accurate readings! I put this on the glass and used a hand thermometer to see if the readings were the same, and they were. The adhesive has stayed on strong. I don’t think I can move it and frankly, I don’t want to! All I have to do is tap and I can make sure my fish are happy and warm.
