After keeping tropicals previously, I decided to install a new aquarium, and one of the biggest problems has always been the noise from the air flow pump. Not only are they usually quite large, they also tend to hum away like a tractor driving you mad and defeating the object of peaceful fish keeping. Not with this one. Super happy with this purchase, it's small and mighty! Easy to set up just plug and go. When I first plugged it in, I thought "uh oh faulty" as there's literally zero sound or vibration from the unit itself. It's only when the air stone is submerged that you see it kick in! Perfect strong air flow, masses of bubbles, fish lively and loving the new addition. I'd say it rivals, if not beats the more expensive on the market. It's supplied with plenty of tubing so you can hide the air stone behind live plants and decor, and the slimline unit itself is tiny and sits perfectly with the suction cup to the outside of the aquarium allowing for cables to be kept tidy and hidden. In use, the only sound is the strong but gentle flow of bubbles which is both relaxing but most importantly not disruptive as the aquarium is in the bedroom. 100% worth the price and would buy again without hesitation!

This is the best air pump of tried. The pump is barely audible. The output is great for such a tiny device. Extremely easy to set up. The pump attaches to the back of the aquarium with a sucker. It has one output point. I did try to set it up to pump air into 2 tanks using a connector, but the output isn't strong enough for that. Perfect for a nano tank. Instead of using the airstone provided. I've used a 12cm tube to create an air curtain & that works really nicely. I ended up buying 3 - one for each nano tank!!!

Very suprised by this product. Considering it’s so small it generates more bubbles than my other branded product that it’s about 8 times bigger. It’s completely quiet, can’t hear it at all. Only issues are the suction cup, it’s quite crap so I used nano tape for mine. The other issue is the air pipes it comes with, they are way to soft and kink easily so be prepared to buy a decent tube to attach to it.

It is actually quite, not silent but the bubbles are louder than the pump. Quiet powerful for such a small pump too.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve hooked this up directly to my 15L biorb tank and it works a treat with great airflow. Simple set up (plug and play). Literally unable to hear the pump at all and can only hear the bubbles in the tank. I cannot believe the improvement from my previous tetra pump. Superb product and a great price. Highly recommend.

Slightly disappointed, as I was hoping it was to be like the video reviews I’d seen on this product. Unfortunately not as powerful as some of the video reviews show, maybe I just got a faulty one. Very quiet, very compact. As mine produces such little power I cannot use it with the flow back attachment as no air gets to the air stone. Works without it but not to the standard I was led to believe. Potentially if I brought another one it might work better as reviews were great, but I won’t be buying it twice. Someone else I know brought one and it worked fine, unfortunately I never got round to sending mine back for a replacement.
