I recently went on holiday for a fortnight, and used this feeder to feed my two fancy goldfish whilst I was gone. I had no one to look after the fish whilst I was away and was very anxious that this would work. I tested it a few weeks before I left and it worked a treat. The battery life is excellent. I noticed that the battery bar went down one bar in around 3 weeks which impressive. You can set it to feed 1-3 times per day at whatever times you want. It is simple to operate. The food also stays dry. I used an array of pellets and nothing got wet or stuck. The feeder is clamped on to the side of the tank but be sure not to clamp too hard as it may leave a an impression as it did with mine, but other than that I would say this is money well spent and I will be able to go away worry free in future.

The Petbank rechargeable automatic feeder is an excellent product. It has several timer options and an an accurate 24 hour clock so you can be sure your fish are being fed on time every day. Once fully charged, the battery seems to last for ages (after 2 weeks of feeding once a day, the battery symbol is still showing full). There are 15 usable sections for you to fill with food, which are fine for your average community fish, but we're slightly on the small side for my hungry Malawi cichlid fish. Due to the small size of the food compartments, I did find it a bit fiddly to load the food into it and would recommend putting a sheet of paper underneath it when filling.

Had to purchase this in an emergency for my tall 2.25 metre (250 litre ) column aquarium tank, as I was going away for 2 weeks and the person who looks after my home during my vacations was suddenly unavailable. I did review several You Tube videos about different auto feed devices and this product was highly rated for several independent reviews, on build quality, ease of set up, consistent portion sizing (from 1-3 times daily) long battery charge, for up to 2 months. I literally had a day to set up and test the device before I was due to go away and thankfully experienced no problems. I arrived home after a 2 week vacation with all feeds being dispensed, no clogged food, clear water and happy healthy fish! Would highly recommend.

Spent ages researching the right feeder for my tank. I wanted to feed 2 separate foods to my fish, Algae wafers and some micro pellets. This feeder fitted my requirements. After i charged it up (5 hrs as recommended by the manufacturer) even though it was fully charged after 3 hrs i left it a full 5 hrs as stated in instructions. It is very easy to programme and i filled the compartments with the food. I didn't use the attached bracket as my tank has a glass lipped lid which the feeder sat on nicely. The actions of the feeder are extremely quiet and it’s been on my tank now for approx. 7 days. All good so far. ive had no condensation issues inside at all and it’s been seamless in its actions. The battery is still showing full (approx 1-2 months it should last) The only thing i have noticed is that on the bottom of the feeder there was some condensation settling on the outside case, but this has not got inside the feeder and all the food is nice and dry. To alleviate this i have raised the feeder up by approx 2 inches so that should definitely help with any condensation forming on the bottom of the case. Please note this feeder is not recommended for flake food. I would definitely recommend this feeder Im about to go on a nice holiday and this has put my mind at rest that my fish will be fed whilst im away....update. This has been in use now for a month continuously and I have raised it up approx 1 inch as I mentioned earlier. Had not had any condensation at all and the battery still showing full. I feed my fish once a day. Thus is a game changer for sure. Hope this helps you all 😉

The instructions aren't the most comprehensive but once I'd worked it out this was easy to set up. The multiple options for attachment (via sucker pads or a clamp) is great (I used the clamp) and it works like a charm. I fully charged it 33 days ago now and it's still going strong. The only downside is the hole the food falls through gets a big clogged up due to it being over a tank so it gets a bit of moisture so it's best to clean once-a-week if you can.

I've bought many automatic feeders over the years. They all were not great. The spinning hopper types never feed the same amount and any humidity renders them useless when the food gets damp. Found this one on Amazon and gave it a try. IT WORKS. Only had it for a few weeks but the individual compartments and the way it's discharged work great. The food dose is exact and always made it out of the feeder. Much easier to program than all my past feeders. It can sit flat on top of the lid like mine or screw into the side. 5+ stars. Rechargeable and after one week the battery is still full.

Awesome fish feeder. We tried one and we bought two more for our other aquariums. No problems with it. Maybe very large pellets or flakes wouldn’t work, but otherwise, perfect for our needs. We set it up when we leave for a few days/weeks and it worked great. Love that it is a usb rechargeable gadget. You can easily set it as you’d like, how many little squares you want to open and feed each time. Had it for over a year/used it 5 or 6 times for a good amount of consecutive days, very satisfied. I recommend it.
